George E. Smith Annual Fundraiser for Local YMCA
The YMCA plays a central role in many of our communities in supporting families, youth, seniors - and it’s important that we support them in their good work. Pleased to be present in Brockville for the George E. Smith fundraiser, spearheaded by Ian McFall of Burnbrae Farms, in support of the Strong Kids Annual Campaign. Thanks also to Rob Adams (CEO of YMCA of Eastern Ontario Brockville location) for touring MPP Steve Clark and I through our local Y to see how they’re keeping folks safe.

Huge investment by Greenfield Global in Johnstown, for increasing production of medical-grade alcohol for sanitizer and other applications in the fight against Covid-19, is supported by provincial funding announced by MPP Steve Clark. I’m thankful for the many blessings we have. The food we eat thanks to farmers and everyone who gets it to our table. The freedoms thousands fought for, died for, and stand on guard to protect. The health of my family and the medical community that prevents, treats, and cures illness. The kind words and gestures shared in our community. For God who makes all things possible. It was great to joining Bruce Wylie and 104.9 JRFM as the Food Bank Fill Up kicked off! The 2020 Thanksgiving Rotary Food Drive is in support of The Brockville and Area Food Bank and the South Grenville Food Bank.
