Bravery Nomination for young Canadian Heroes

Bravery Nomination for young Canadian Heroes

An honour to recognize local heroes today in our community with MPP Steve Clark. The bravery of Dylan Carbino, Marina Clark and Alexandra Dow who risked their lives to save two strangers and their dog from a burning boat is incredibly heroic and our community is a better one because of it.🙏

You can watch my statement, from December 4, 2020, given in Parliament honouring these young Canadians.

Remembrance Day 2020

Remembrance Day 2020

A great honour to visit with veterans and current serving military members to pay my respect on behalf of our community and Canada. Thanks to local Royal Canadian Legions and RCL National Headquarters
for helping organize ways to commemorate the men and women who have served our country.

For those who have served and paid the ultimate sacrifice, We Will Remember Them.

On Remembrance Day, let us pay our respects to the men and women of the Canadian Armed Forces past and present who have served to protect the freedoms of Canadians, our friends, and allies. Lest we forget.
